Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 Tablespoons tamari or shoyu
  • 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar (unseasoned)
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon hot pepper oil* (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk to combine.

Recipe Notes

*I like to make my own hot pepper oil by steeping 1 teaspoon red chili flakes in 1/4 cup of avocado oil.
