  • 12 oz cranberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup dark amber maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 orange, zested
  • pinch sea salt
  1. Combine ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until cranberries start to break down, and mixture has thickened. Cool and use in cookie recipe or as you wish!
