Almond Flour Shortbread
These gluten free shortbread are delicious and very fast to make.

Servings: 15 shortbread
Ingredients
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 5 Tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon "Savory Sweets" Spice Club Blend
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 Tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients, breaking up any lumps.
- WIth wet hands, shape dough into twelve to fifteen 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten halfway with a fork or with your hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Shortbread will firm up as they cool.
- Remove from the oven and cool on sheet for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
