1. Cilantro-Mint Sauce Recipe
An aromatic mixture of ginger, cumin, garlic, jalapenos, onion and of course, cilantro and mint. Called “new Indian Pesto” by Deepa Thomas from her incredible cookbook, Deepa’s Secrets: Slow Carb New Indian Cuisine, you will want to put this sauce on just about everything.
2. Radish Leaf Pesto Recipe
A perfect way to use up the radish tops that might otherwise be thrown out. Peppery radish leaves are combined with almonds for a unique pesto that can be used over pasta, drizzled over roasted veggies, or spread on sandwiches.
3. Tahini Dressing Recipe with Parsley
An all-time favorite, made green by the addition of the nutrient dense powerhouse, parsley. Cilantro may also be used for a different flavor.
4. Toasted Sesame Dressing Recipe
Toasted sesame dressing is a great item to keep in your fridge to drizzle over vegetables, salads, noodles, rice, and even cooked proteins.
5. Miso Mustard Dressing Recipe
Adapted from Samin Nosrat’s cookbook, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking, this miso mustard dressing comes together in ten minutes. It combines sweet white miso with a few simple pantry ingredients for a unique and delicious dressing that is a welcome addition to any weekly meal prep rotation.
